Authors and users are expected to comply with the copyright and licensing terms applicable to articles published by the journal.

Authors of articles published in Jurnal Inovasi Manajemen Bisnis remain clearly identified and recognized as the creators of their scholarly works.

The rights and responsibilities relating to publication, distribution, reproduction, archiving, and dissemination are governed by the publication agreement and licensing terms applicable at the time of publication.

By agreeing to publication in JIMB, authors authorize the journal and its publisher, STIA Trinitas Ambon, to publish, display, archive, preserve, distribute, and disseminate the accepted work through the official journal platform and relevant scholarly communication services, subject to the applicable publication agreement.

Use of Published Content

The copying, redistribution, adaptation, reproduction, translation, and other reuse of articles published by JIMB must comply with the license terms displayed with the published article and with applicable copyright requirements. Users should consult the licensing information provided by the journal before reusing published material.

When published material is used in accordance with the applicable license, appropriate scholarly attribution should include, where available:

• Name(s) of the author(s);
• Title of the article;
• Jurnal Inovasi Manajemen Bisnis (JIMB) as the publication source;
• Volume, issue, year, and page or article information;
• DOI or official article URL, where available;
• Applicable license information, where relevant;
• An indication of modifications if the work has been adapted.

Figures, photographs, tables, illustrations, data, instruments, or other materials originating from third parties may be subject to separate copyright restrictions. Authors are responsible for obtaining any permissions required for the publication of such materials and for providing proper acknowledgement of the original source.

Authors may disseminate and promote their published work through appropriate scholarly, institutional, educational, and professional channels in accordance with the applicable publication agreement and license. When doing so, authors are encouraged to cite the published JIMB version and provide the official article URL or DOI where available.

The open availability of published articles does not remove copyright protection. Access to an article and permission to reuse its content are distinct matters. Readers and other users must observe the applicable copyright and licensing terms when reproducing, distributing, adapting, translating, or otherwise reusing published content.

If credible concerns regarding copyright infringement, unauthorized reproduction, improper use of third-party material, or other intellectual property violations are identified, the Editorial Team may investigate the matter and take appropriate action in accordance with the journal's Publication Ethics and correction, retraction, or withdrawal policies.
