C. EDITORIAL INDEPENDENCE

Publication Fees Do Not Influence Editorial Decisions

Editorial decisions are based exclusively on the academic quality, originality, methodological rigor, relevance, ethical compliance, and scholarly contribution of the manuscript. Financial considerations do not influence the peer-review process or the decision to accept or reject a manuscript.

D. PAYMENT RESPONSIBILITY

Where an Article Processing Charge or other publication fee is officially established, payment responsibility and payment procedures will be communicated to the corresponding author through the journal's official editorial process.
