Jurnal Inovasi Manajemen Publik (JIMP) provides immediate open access to all published content in order to support the widest possible dissemination of scholarly knowledge. Readers may freely access published articles without subscription or access charges.

A. OPEN ACCESS PRINCIPLE

JIMP supports the principle that making research freely available to the public contributes to greater exchange of knowledge, increased scholarly communication, and wider use of research findings. Therefore, all articles published by the journal are made available online immediately after publication.

B. FREE ACCESS FOR READERS

Readers are not required to register, subscribe, or pay fees to access articles published in JIMP. Full-text articles may be read and accessed directly through the journal website in accordance with the applicable license conditions.

C. USER RIGHTS

Subject to the terms of the applicable Creative Commons license, users may access and reuse published works while providing appropriate attribution to the original authors and source.

D. CREATIVE COMMONS LICENSE

Articles published in JIMP are made available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0) .

Under the CC BY 4.0 license, users may share and adapt the published material for any purpose, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s), a link to the license is provided, and any changes made to the original work are indicated.

E. NO EMBARGO PERIOD

JIMP applies no embargo period to published articles. Once an article is officially published, its full text is immediately available through the journal website.

F. OPEN ACCESS AND PUBLICATION FEES

Open access to articles published in JIMP is provided without reader subscription fees. In accordance with the journal's current Article Processing Charges policy, authors are also not charged submission, peer-review, article processing, or publication fees.

H. DIGITAL ACCESS AND DISSEMINATION

The journal supports the digital dissemination of published articles and metadata through its online journal platform and academic discovery services. JIMP also provides metadata through the Open Archives Initiative Protocol for Metadata Harvesting (OAI-PMH) to facilitate scholarly discovery and interoperability.
