Author Guidelines

Authors who wish to submit manuscripts to Jurnal Inovasi Manajemen Publik (JIMP) are required to carefully follow these guidelines. Manuscripts that do not comply with the journal's minimum editorial and formatting requirements may be returned to the authors before entering the peer-review process.

A. FOCUS AND SCOPE

Before submitting your manuscript, please ensure that your research topic aligns with the Focus and Scope of Jurnal Inovasi Manajemen Publik (JIMP). Manuscripts that fall outside the journal's scope will be rejected during the initial screening phase.

B. MANUSCRIPT REQUIREMENTS

1. Language

Manuscripts may be written in English or Bahasa Indonesia and must meet academic standards for clarity and coherence.

2. Originality

Submissions must be original work, have not been published previously, and must not be under review by another journal.

References must follow APA (American Psychological Association) Style, 7th Edition. All sources cited in the manuscript must be included in the reference list.

Journal Article

Book

Author, A. A. (Year). Book title (edition). Publisher.

C. SUBMISSION PROCESS

01. Registration

Authors must first register as authors in the journal's OJS system.

 02. Online Submission

Manuscripts must be submitted through the JIMP online submission system.

Required submission documents:
  • Anonymized main manuscript without author identities.
  • Cover letter stating the manuscript's originality.
  • Complete information for all authors, including affiliation, email, and ORCID if available.

E. PUBLICATION ETHICS

Authors must adhere to the journal's publication ethics, including:

F. PUBLICATION FEES

APC IDR 0

Jurnal Inovasi Manajemen Publik (JIMP) does not charge publication fees (APC) for the submission, review, or publication process.

G. COPYRIGHT AND LICENSING

Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Upon manuscript acceptance, authors will be required to sign a copyright transfer statement and agree to publish the manuscript under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.
