This study aims to examine the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance at the West Kei Kecil District Office. The study employs a quantitative method with an explanatory research design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees and analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The findings indicate that leadership style and organizational culture have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of this study are expected to provide practical recommendations for policymakers within the government sector to enhance leadership practices and strengthen organizational culture.
