This study aims to analyze the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance. The approach used is quantitative with a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires to employees at The City Hotel which is the object of the study. Data were analyzed using multiple regression tests to see the partial and simultaneous effects between variables. The results of the study indicate that OCB has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, amounting to 3.282, which means that the higher the employee's voluntary behavior and concern for the organization, the better their performance. Organizational commitment is also proven to have a positive and significant effect on performance, amounting to 3.322 where employees who have a sense of belonging and high loyalty to the organization tend to show optimal performance. Simultaneously, these two variables contribute significantly to improving employee performance by 15.224) > Ftable (3.10). These findings imply that organizations need to cultivate a work culture that supports OCB behavior and strengthen employee commitment through participatory leadership, fair rewards, and open communication.
