This study investigates the effectiveness of public services delivered through the Village Digital application (DIGIDES) in Uweth Village, West Taniwel District, West Seram Regency. A qualitative research approach with descriptive and analytical methods was employed to provide an in-depth understanding of the phenomenon. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, direct observations, and the review of relevant documents. The findings indicate that among the six indicators of service effectiveness, two indicators completion time and service costs meet the expectations of the community. In contrast, the remaining four indicators service procedures, service products, facilities and infrastructure, and the competency of service providers require further improvement. Based on these findings, the study recommends enhancing the socialization of the DIGIDES application, strengthening internet network infrastructure, and increasing the technical and operational competence of service personnel to ensure more effective, accessible, and responsive public services.
